Technical Overview
The Pace 4 ships as a Class II ebike, with pedal assist and throttle. The Pace will also operate with the throttle unplugged and removed, should you want to ride in an area that only allows Class I ebike or throttles are prohibited. Aventon ebikes are built to the IPX5-rated standard. An IPX5 rating means the bike is protected against low-pressure water jets from any direction. This provides a moderate level of water resistance, allowing you to ride in light to moderate rain or through small puddles. However, IPX5 does not mean waterproof—Aventon ebikes are not designed for full submersion. Avoid using a pressure washer or high-pressure sprayer to clean your ebike, as pressurized water can still damage components. *Max range determined using PAS 1 on flat terrain with a rider weight of 160 lb.*

Customers may return and Ebike Purchased New from Summit City Ebikes LLC within 14 days of date of purchase with a 15% restocking fee.
Returns requested after 14 days from the date of purchase may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Any e-bike that has been ridden or used outside of Summit City Ebikes LLC premises is considered used. Used e-bikes approved for return are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If the condition of the e-bike is any less than the condition it was in when it left Summit City Ebikes LLC, the return (if approved) will be subject to the 15% restocking fee plus the cost of any damages, repairs, cleaning, missing parts, or accessories needed to restore the bike to its original condition.
Summit City Ebikes LLC reserves the right to refuse any return for any reason, including but not limited to signs of use, damage, missing items, or excessive wear.
