Customers may return and Ebike Purchased New from Summit City Ebikes LLC within 7 days of date of purchase with a 20% restocking fee.
Returns requested after 7 days from the date of purchase may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Any e-bike that has been ridden or used outside of Summit City Ebikes LLC premises is considered used. Used e-bikes approved for return are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If the condition of the e-bike is any less than the condition it was in when it left Summit City Ebikes LLC, the return (if approved) will be subject to the 20% restocking fee plus the cost of any damages, repairs, cleaning, missing parts, or accessories needed to restore the bike to its original condition.
Summit City Ebikes LLC reserves the right to refuse any return for any reason, including but not limited to signs of use, damage, missing items, or excessive wear.
